Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental, Pre-Optometry, Pre-Physician Assistant, Pre-Chiropractic, Pre-Veterinary Medicine, and Pre-Pharmacy students are encouraged to prepare by taking at least two high school courses in laboratory science and three years of high school mathematics. In planning a college program, students should follow the requirements and recommendations of the particular professional schools to which applications for admission are planned. All demand a high grade point average and other evidences of superior scholarship.
